Once you have placed your order through our secure web site, you will receive an automatic Email confirming
that we have your order, please do not send a reply to this Email.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit, debit cards and Paypal through our online secure payment system. Full payment is required
when you place your order. Once funds have been received by Trade Bathrooms we will dispatch your order.
(Provided the goods on your order are in stock)
Can I pay on delivery?
Unfortunately all orders must be paid for in full before we can process and dispatch them.
Can I have next-day delivery?
Yes, when placing your order there is an option to upgrade to a next working day delivery on orders placed before
2pm. (Provided the goods on your order are in stock) We will dispatch your order on a next day delivery service once
all items are instock.
Can I change my mind?
If for any reason you change your mind (subject to the order not being dispatched) then you will be entitled to a full
refund. If you have already received your order and would like to return it either in full or in part, then you have
14 days to do so. Please note, it is your responsibility to return the goods back to Trade Bathrooms.
Once the goods have been received by the warehouse, they will be inspected to ensure that they are in a resalable
condition. With this in mind please do not unpack products which you may return as this may cause them to become
