Customer Returns Form

Please read the following information before filling in the form below.

This form MUST be completed and forwarded on to us before any attempt is made to return any goods to ourselves.  Failure to do this will mean that TRADE BATHROOMS & TILES LTD will not accept any items from couriers or hauliers.  This may incur further costs to yourselves.

 Unwanted / Wrongly Ordered Goods.

 Through the UK distance selling rules, you have the right to return any goods which are supplied to you for a refund, providing that they meet the following criteria:

  1.  The product is displayed on our website and it currently available for sale.

  1. The product was NOT a special order product.
  1. All original packaging is in tact, as it was when the goods were delivered.

(Under NO circumstances will we refund on any goods which have been unpacked & then re-packed).

 

  1. The packaging has not been de-faced or written on in any way.
  1. You are responsible for returning the goods to us at your expense.
  1. Notification of intent to return a product has been made to us in writing, either by:
    • Filling in this returns form  
    • E-mail  
    • Fax  
    • Letter  

This must be done no more than 7 working days (excluding bank holidays) from the receipt of the goods.

Please note, it is NOT ACCEPTABLE to telephone us to inform us as to your intent to return goods. (Under the terms of the distance selling rules).

 

Damaged / Faulty Goods.

  1. Smashed or severely damaged goods will not be eligible for a refund unless they have been documented on the delivery sheet which the delivery driver will ask you to sign.  (Please refer to our terms & conditions)
  1. Goods with small / minor defects must be documented and reported within 7 days of the delivery.  They must then be returned to ourselves at your expense.  The goods will then be inspected by us.  At this point, if the damage / defect is deemed valid a refund / exchange will be offered.  This will cover the product and the cost of returning the item to us (providing that the return cost does not exceed the original delivery cost).
